The ProtoFluid license
ProtoFluid's license is based on the MIT license wrapped in the Commons Clause condition.
In addition, ‘AI’ and ethics clauses apply.
Commons clause
The Software is provided to you by the Licensor under the License, as defined below, subject to the following condition.
Without limiting other conditions in the License, the grant of rights under the License will not include, and the License does not grant to you, the right to Sell the Software.

‘AI’ clause
In addition, the following restrictions apply:

This condition applies to any derivatives, modifications, or updates based on the Software code. Any usage of the Software in an AI-training dataset is considered a breach of this License.
- The Software may not be included in any dataset used for training or improving machine learning algorithms, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, natural language processing, or data mining.
- Any person or organization found to be in violation of these restrictions will be subject to legal action and may be held liable for any damages resulting from such use.
Ethics clause
In addition, you cannot use ProtoFluid on projects that:
- Promote war or weapons of war.
- Enable genocide or promote division.
- Involve cruelty or discrimination of any kind.
If you are not sure if your website is in ‘ethically wrong’ territory, don't use ProtoFluid.
